Butcher Block Legs

The Professor built a frame over the wall cabinets to support the ridiculously heavy butcher block countertops.

This is sort of what they'll look like once they are done - except the Professor has to stain and finish the legs, finish sanding the counters, varnish the counters and put the side panels up... So not done, but this is an approximation:

Oh, and we have to put the wine glass racks up. And we might put in some shelving on the end. And put up crown molding. It's high enough to have two or three tall bar chairs/stools sitting at the counter. We'll see...
