It's Electric! Boogie Woogie!

The Professor has achieved the status of Electrical Genius. How?

First, the kitchen went from 2 outlets to 5.

Second, he installed under-cabinet lighting! SO HAPPY!

Or is he horrified? Not sure.

First he built oak covers to hide the lighting and I stained them to match the cabinets.While he installed the extra outlets, he also added wires that came out of the walls from under the cabinets. Then he installed your regular, every day lights onto the underside of the boards.

I was skeptical at first, but you really can't see them when standing in front of the cabinets. you have to get down on the ground. So our kids will probably be blinded. But I can always install a cover at some point.Then he switched on the circuit breaker and voila!
