Dear Theresa,

We're excited to have you stay with us. You'll be sleeping on a brand new, non-park-bench-like mattress on your great-grandfather's bed frame in the corner guest room.
Even more exciting, your door will actually be attached to the doorframe by hinges and will have an actual working door knob. Astonishing, I know!

Also, we've got an empty dresser and empty closet that you can use for your clothes so you don't have to leave them in your suit case while you're here. You'll rock your new job!
