Sunday Sandwich: Smoked Chicken

The Professor smoked a chicken from Grandmom's visit yesterday. We've been trying to finish it off. It's a juicy chicken, so it's no hardship.

I decided to have a smoked chicken sandwich. I didn't have much in the fridge to put on it though... I found some tomato and ranch dressing.

There were other options, such as chocolate syrup, applesauce, jalepenos... but I wasn't feeling very adventurous just then. Besides, I'm pretty sure that applesauce came from Stephen's college apartment. Maybe I should toss it.
